Perhaps also it reflects strong personal convictions and a vision of how much stronger the non-government sector could be.

NFP work is up to 30% of our time, so it has to be paid work for us to meet overheads. We do offer discounts to charities but our pro bono capacity is fully committed to ongoing relationships.
